Our experience with Lacey has been ABSOLUTELY fantastic! We live in Canada and we were house hunting remotely for a place in the Woodlands area. Lacey took the time to visit dozen of houses for us using Facetime! She was super responsive and fought hard to get us our dream house which fulfilled every single one of requirements in less than 4 months. With her positive energy, she made our experience looking for a house in a different country totally pleasant and painless. Lastly, I would add that Lacey has an incredible network of people (handyman, gardeners, pool experts, etc.) that will certainly help us get the right services for our new home at an affordable cost. I found Lacey on a Sunday morning willing to show me properties immediately as I was on my way out to town that evening. I found my home later in one of her daily market updates, when I saw one that I couldn't get out of my mind. She worked over Thanksgiving weekend while on vacation to make an offer for me. She would also meet with me whenever I requeted, as well as visit the property as my proxy whenever I needed her since I was an out of state buyer. One thing I appreciate is that she and Michael would give their honest opinions, not just what I wanted to hear. Lacey was attentive to all my questions and always followed up, and sincerely sounded like she was enjoying her work. It was always a pleasant experience being with her, and I hope to stay in touch after I move in.

Lacey and Michael were amazing! I don’t think they take time off even if they are “off” they are always working. We were picky and they never made us feel like our demands were too much. We were out of state while looking and they were great at describing the homes we were viewing. I will definitely use Lacey for our future real estate needs!

Lacey has top notch customer service that I could ever ask for and will go out of her way to assist you in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable.
