Lacey did a fantastic job as our buying agent and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Swan Valley, Montana! My wife and I searched for our dream home for 9 months, but could not find the right house with mountain views in our price range. Finally 'our' house popped up online and it was everything we had been looking for, so we did not want to lose it. We were moving from across the country and knew from experience that finding the right buying agent is important, but it can be hit or miss. We could not have asked for a better agent than Lacey! I made the trip to Swan Valley the weekend after the house came on the market and Lacey dropped everything to meet me, show the house and put an offer the same day. The offer was accepted and that's when the real work began. We had a time crunch and wanted to close quickly; within 30 days if possible. Lacey agreed that was fast, but we could do it. And we did! Lacey arranged everything and put us in touch with the right people who could turn things around quickly. Every step of the way, Lacey worked hard on our behalf. She was knowledgeable, responsive to calls and emails, and ready with advice on every aspect of the sale and move. We would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to others.

My wife and I interacted with Lacey for about a month and a half and the level of service we received from first contact to closing, and beyond, was outstanding. The personal touches with respect to just about everything Lacey did for us was greatly appreciated. We are familiar with Montana hospitality, and this was above and beyond. We understand, of course, that the job of the broker/agent/sales-person is to accommodate the client, but this felt more personal, and, still, very professional. At all times we felt Lacey was trying to find us a home, not trying to find herself a sale. While looking at properties where the listing agent required a presence, it was clear Lacey was asking questions that protected our interests, and demonstrated a level of competence beyond that of the other agent. Her response time to our daily questions was frequently several minutes. It didn't matter if it was a weekend, or later in the evening. And all information she provided to us, whether requested or not, served us to better understand the process, the area, and the home we were hoping to purchase. Admittedly, like most people, we have little experience purchasing a home, but there is no doubt in our minds that we were fortunate to have selected Lacey to represent us in finding a home that, in the end, is exactly what we were looking for. There is absolutely no doubt that when someone asks me if I know a good agent, I will tell them that I know a very good one.
