We initially chose Lacey for her professionalism and her impressive market knowledge. We had a feeling she would be the right choice for us and we weren't wrong. Our house sold at asking price (with no concessions) the first weekend it was listed and we closed in less than three weeks. We moved out of state when the house sold, so she and her husband even arranged to have the house cleaned out (donating most of the items) and they prepped everything for the new homebuyers.
