Needed to sell my fathers house after his passing. Living out of state, I expected a difficult time. However, I was referred to Lacey by a mutual friend. Well, My daughter is a realtor, and helped me alot with this purchase. It seemed that Drew and my daughter spoke the same language. Drew was able to show us 3 or 4 houses, immediately. Lacey was an absolute pleasure to work with on both of our real estate transactions. She helped us sell our primary home as well as a parcel of land. She has great expertise in both types of transactions and did an amazing job determining the value of both properties and marketing them in a way to drive large amounts of activity. Our home went under contract on the first week it was listed for more than asking and our land was under contract within a week for more than it was listed. We had multiple offers on both properties and Lacey did a great job of helping us understand all offers received so we could make the best decision on who to select. Once we had accepted the offers she did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the inspection periods and at time of closing. She is a pro and will guide you the entire way through the process. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family and would only use her for a real estate transaction in AZ from this point forward.
