Needed to sell my fathers house after his passing. Living out of state, I expected a difficult time. However, I was referred to Lacey by a mutual friend. Her and her team handled everything from donating household items, removing trash, cleaning the house, and the sale of the house! Well, My daughter is a realtor, and helped me alot with this purchase. It seemed that Drew and my daughter spoke the same language. Drew was able to show us 3 or 4 houses, immediately. One of the group stood out, and after deciding this was the one, Drew 'went to bat' for me. The negotiations were a breeze. I always felt important, like I was a priority.
