Lacey was the sellers agent but I was impressed by our interactions and decided to have her represent my interests as well. Despite an number of issues with the property and with my financing, on top of my being a buyer living out of state and half way across the country, Lacey worked hard with me to get past the obstacles and finally close on the property. I would absolutely work with Lacey Granger again and will recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

When you select the best agent, you get the best out of your agent. We have used her in other real estate transactions and will NOT choose anyone else. We had a different realtor try and sell our home for a year and a half. When we did not see any results, we contacted Century 21. We met with Lacey Granger The very next day. She was very polite and professional. She talked us through everything and made us feel very comfortable. She was honest ans trustworthy. When we had any questions, she would answer them. She kept us informed of what was going on. Within 2 months we had several people interested in the house and got an offer. Lacey was very good with us even through the government shutdown which delayed the closing by a month. We would recommend Lacey to anyone trying to sell their home.

Lacey was very good and came back early from her vacation to have a open house for us. Because we're thought that it was a good idea to have one when there was a big event going on in the city that are house was. I don't know to many who would have been willing to do that.
