Smooth sailing from day one!

We recently had a job change and had to move from NC to the Atlanta area. On a referral, we found Lacey and are SO happy we did. We ended up selling our NC home way faster than we thought so had roughly 30 days to find one in GA and came down for one weekend to do so. Lacey showed us 20 homes within 2 days. She was organized, had all of our choice homes mapped out accordingly, and she even packed us snacks. It was a busy weekend, but we did it! We found a beautiful home and we were even able to go back for a 2nd showing on our final third day there. Lacey helped us with putting the offer in and getting under contract without any issue. After we were in contract, she checked in with us periodically just to see if we needed anything and to touch base. Lacey handled all of our needed correspondence with the seller's agent, getting us detailed information about our new house such as vendors, utilities, etc. She was with us all the way to the day of closing and now we are in our new beautiful 1.4M dollar home. Moving is stressful, especially out of state. But Lacey made it so smooth from the beginning to the end, and it even felt like she had become family to us. Thank you, Lacey!! You are the BEST!
