Selling a home during a pandemic required creativity and innovation. From our first interaction with LaShawn and her team, we knew were in the best of hands. LaShawn and her team's efforts allowed us to list and close on our home in 30 days....during a pandemic! While the ends certainly were positive, the means is just as important to make note of. LaShawn went above and beyond her regular duties on this transaction. A deal that should have closed in a month repeatedly got pushed back by the buyers bank for one thing after another. LaShawn hung in there and worked both sides of the deal to keep us all informed and apply the necessary pressure to keep things moving for the buyer as well as for us. We will use her again!
