Kyra is very thorough in suggesting ways to get your home sold quickly! Her advertising avenues are spectacular. One had nearly 8000 hits when we quit following (because our home was sold!). Good communication is necessary and Kyra is always on top of everything that is happening. She kept us informed every step of the way and helped us through the hard parts. This was not our first experience. We are repeat customers because she is the best. Our first home sold is less than 72 hours. I have to say in today’s world its hard to find people that actually embrace their career and want to do a complete job. The average person wants a consumer to go with them look at a couple properties and make an offer, not Kyra she actually listened to everything we wanted and were looking for. I had very specific needs for the property we were looking for. Kyra looked at everything with me and had conversations with me about what i was looking at when we were at the properties and that helped us to be on the same page when it cane time to make an offer. I really feel that during our offer she was able to communicate with the other party more effectively because she knew exactly what i was thinking and everything we had looked at. That made the whole negotiation so much better having someone represent me that actually understood what we looked at what was needed and where my figures came from. This deal took time, a lot of phone calls that were always answered or returned in a prompt and timely manner. I feel we got an excellent deal and i had excellent service working with Kyra and would recommend her to anyone that needs an agent who will actually take their time to get to know their client so they can find the right property at the right price Great Job !
