I started my process with Kylie over a year ago. It has always been a dream of mine to own a piece of property at the beach. Kylie worked tirelessly first to find me the perfect home to make an offer on. She is extremely communicative especially when it comes down to the offer and acceptance of sale. Once you are under contract, she is punctual and responsive with providing you all relevant documents to sign. Throughout the process, she keeps you updated and never fails to answer a question you have for her. I genuinely felt that I was probably the only person happier to see me close on my home than her. I would say I would absolutely use her again, but because she did such an amazing job helping me find my current home, I'm not going to be moving for a while. I would however highly recommend her to anyone, including my closest friends and family, especially if you are a first time home buyer.
