Kyler was very helpful and responsive to my needs and concerns. He kept me informed even when it wasnt his obligation to do so. He also quickly returned calls and text messages when not immediately available to answer the telephone. He worked well with my lender and title company and went the extra mile to ensure a complex title issue was appropriately resolved so we could move the deal forward in a timely fashion and meet the contract deadlines. Kyler was always quick to respond to calls, and was helpful no matter what the question was that we had. In dealing with a builder he on multiple occasions was able to call and make things happen, or at least get the builder to call me back. He gave us a lot of good information on what we should do to stage our house before listing, and repairs that he thought we should make before showing the home. We were able to sell our home 1 week after listing it, and even on the showing had a lot of interest because of the marketing that was done.
