This was our 3rd real estate sale with Kyle. We found him after a neighbor’s home was listed and sold by him in rapid time during a slower market for higher priced homes in Danville, Ca. It sold above list also. That was three sold homes ago now. Kyle is pleasant to work with, he listens then gives his thorough details for marketing it. For Sale sign......No sign, our choice, Open house.......No open house, our choice. He worked around any restriction. He takes care of every single detail, we communicated by text, cell phone and email, it went so smooth each time. His negotiation skills are tops, all three of our sales were for over list and with tight contingency timelines to get to the close as soon as possible.
