Kyle was and is very knowledgeable and very good at marketing and professional at his job.We would highly recommend him.

Kyle spoke with me often to clarify my needs and wants and asked me to identify pros and cons after each showing. Kyle pointed out electric panels, air conditioning age, roof conditions for each home. He had approximations for repair costs. Kyle scheduled showing appointments for homes that met my requirements and homes I found in the desired area. Kyle was friendly, capable and connected us with mortgage, insurance, and inspectors. He met with contractors who provided estimates. Kyle was extremely supportive and maintained the perspective that the house we chose had to make us happy. He never made us feel like we asked too many questions or were taking too much of his time. He is a great realtor and I recommend him to all of my family and friends.
