I have recently gone through my first home buying experience. As with many first time home buyers, there are a lot of unknowns and grey area when it comes to the finer details of home buying. Some realtors would tell you anything just to get you into a house as quickly as possible to maximum client output but not with Kyle. Kyle will actually consider your situation and your taste for what you are looking for and make sure you get it no matter how long the process takes. I was looking for houses with Kyle for over six months and Kyle was always extremely patient and would often times tell me he did not think a house met my expectations. He never rushed me or tried to convince me the house was suitable. Finally, I'd like to highlight his professionalism. Kyle was a model agent, meeting every expectation and some. He held my hand through the entire home buying experience and made it smooth and streamlined. Even during the close phase, I left the country for two weeks during a 1 month closing period. Kyle ensured everything was perfect before I left and handled everything while I was gone. He interacted with the title company and lender daily and keeping me ahead of the game. Working with Kyle has been a great experience and I highly recommend him to everyone and will be referring all of my friends and family to him.
