He was very helpful in sending us perspective houses even though he was aware we were almost year ahead of our intended moving to Florida date. Once we were getting serious he began sending us houses in that better suited our needs as we found out where we would be working and desired living area. From the beginning Kyle was informative, but never pushed his opinions on us or told us where we should live like other realtors we spoke with. We had many conversations with him by phone to determine what we were really looking for and narrow down our search. In the week we were down here we had to have seen over 25 properties. It gave us the clarity we needed to know exactly what we wanted. A day before our flight back home we saw the most perfect house come on the market. Unfortunately, we were not able to view it but that didn't stop Kyle. He went at the first opportunity and took a video for us and even attempted to draw out the floor plan for us to see. It was a no-brainer to choose Kyle when it was time to sell that house and buy a new one in Odessa. Again, he went above and beyond, taking calls from us on nights and weekends (sometimes just to play therapist and calm our nerves--buying and selling a new home is as much emotional as it is financial). Kyle was great to work with. We were new to the Tampa area, and had no idea where to look. He helped us find the area, and worked diligently to help us find the right house. He listened to us when we told him what we wanted, asked us questions after each showing, and found the right house for us. He was with us the whole way through the offer, inspection, and closing.
