About Kyle

Recently awarded the 5 Star Agent for 2026. This is my 10th time receiving this award which makes me one of only 7 in the State of Delaware that have achieved such recognition. I am a graduate from the Univ. of Delaware w/ a BS in Accounting where I was also a member of the golf team. After graduation I worked 5yrs as a Senior Accountant and Software Developer for a local Construction Company before becoming a RE/MAX agent. Over the last 30 years of being an agent I have seen it all. I owned the largest RE/MAX franchise for a time and managed over 200 agents. Today I have scaled back to just being an agent and doing what I am most passionate about. Helping Buyers and Sellers in one of their most important decisions they will make in their life. One of the most proud achievements I have is that my clients have a real longevity in their home purchase. Many of my first clients are still in their homes today. Currently residing in Middletown DE for the last 29 years (Wilmington and Newark before that), I have lived and experienced most of what Delaware has to offer.
