We used Kyle's services 5 years ago to purchase a townhouse for our son to live in while in medical school, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We live in Florida so we had no idea where to purchase, it was important to use that we would have good resale potential when we were ready to sell. This was during the height of Covid, so even seeing homes was difficult. He found us the perfect townhouse and 5 years later when our son graduated we contacted Kyle to sell the property for us.
