10/10 Service - First Time Home Buyer

I truly don’t know where to begin- but Kyle is 10000% the best person to buy a home with. We did 6 months of tours to figure out what we even wanted as first time home buyers - Kyle spent nearly every weekend with us it felt like trying to find our dream home. And let me tell you, I can be very picky and Kyle is 10x more patience which made this process feel truly like it was on our time and not his. He educated us after each day- sending up email recaps of what we saw and what we talked about. He had personalized searches sent to us daily and as if that wasn’t enough he would send us listing that reminded him of us! Naming each detail we wanted and confirming that the property had it. We closed on our home mid June of 2025 and got our dream neighborhood, floor plan , lot square footage, and most importantly nailed our budget. We now have a dream home with our being “house poor” with great rates and the most transparent loan I’ve ever seen. If I had to buy a home again? I’d do it with Kyle Lofgren!
