I could go on and on about my own personal process of needing a serious, highly knowledgeable and committed Real Estate Agent to sell my beautiful Adero Canyon, Fountain Hills, Arizona home. The simple truth though is my wish was granted with not just 1 but 2 amazing people who worked together as a methodical and perfectly synced team! Melissa Gasper and Kyle Lofgren both astounded me with their dedication to my entire home selling and home finding process. They blew me away from the second they listed my home with exceptional marketing, exceptional attention-to-detail, exceptional communication, exceptional organization and exceptional follow through. Neither of them ever missed a beat. They also helped me with my situation in ways I am unendingly grateful for. I needed a lot of help and they didn’t let even the smallest detail fall through the cracks. The fact of the matter is these 2 people are a gift to what they do. Their attitude is deeply sincere. Their love of the task is obvious. The only thing I can add is I would have felt completely at ease with either of them if that had ever needed to occur. I will always feel incredibly lucky not only to just know of Melissa and Kyle in what they do for a living, but also, to be able to call each of them now, truly my friend.

I truly don’t know where to begin- but Kyle is 10000% the best person to buy a home with. We did 6 months of tours to figure out what we even wanted as first time home buyers - Kyle spent nearly every weekend with us it felt like trying to find our dream home. And let me tell you, I can be very picky and Kyle is 10x more patience which made this process feel truly like it was on our time and not his. He educated us after each day- sending up email recaps of what we saw and what we talked about. He had personalized searches sent to us daily and as if that wasn’t enough he would send us listing that reminded him of us! Naming each detail we wanted and confirming that the property had it. We closed on our home mid June of 2025 and got our dream neighborhood, floor plan , lot square footage, and most importantly nailed our budget. We now have a dream home with our being “house poor” with great rates and the most transparent loan I’ve ever seen. If I had to buy a home again? I’d do it with Kyle Lofgren!
