Kyle was very knowledgeable. Easy to talk with and easy to get a hold of any time, day or night. Kyle was very flexible with scheduling times to meet, nights, weekends, it didn't matter to him. Kyle went the extra mile to make sure the negotiations were fair for both parties. Being a first time home buyer myself, he made the entire experience stress free.
