Kyle listed our townhouse and two days later, we had a full price offer. During the due diligence period, the buyer’s agent requested that we make $7,000.00 in unnecessary repairs. Kyle was able to make a seller's position and eliminated the gratuitous repair request. He also was nice enough to cut his commission to 1.5% to show his commitment to us as his sellers, which saved us thousands of dollars. The whole process was expedient and hassle-free. Kyle is an unbelievably talented real estate broker. He is a straight-shooter and won't make any promises he can't keep.

Kyle represented me when I bought my brand new townhome. The builder wouldn’t budge on the price so Kyle rolled up his sleeves and started negotiating. Kyle asked for $1,500 in kitchen and bath upgrades. He demanded the builder insulate all of the inner walls to reduce noise. He also negotiated $5,000 worth of kitchen appliances, a washer, and a dryer, at no extra cost to me as the buyer. At closing, I was really surprised to learn that Kyle donated $4,000 of his commission to reduce my closing costs to $--0--. Kyle is simply the best negotiator, I've ever seen.
