I seriously cannot recommend him enough! He made the entire home buying process so easy and stress-free for us. We honestly hardly ever had to ask questions because he was always one step ahead, providing us with all the information we needed before we even had to ask. Weekends, holidays it didn’t matter. He was always available, present, responsive, and completely on top of everything from start to finish. I’ve known him as a friend for years, but being able to work with him professionally gave me a whole new level of appreciation for how good he is at what he does. Kyle came prepared with market trends & data spread sheets so we could see & better understand where to start. He answered all our questions - no matter how small. If it was important to us - it was important to him. We were never out of the loop. He was always up front with us. He would lay out the facts, help us see all the options & the best ways to move forward. We relocated out of state & had to replace an appliance days before closing.
