Kyle was FANTASTIC to work with. Prior to moving to Murrells Inlet from out of state, Kyle scheduled an introductory phone call to get to know me and what I was looking for. I scheduled a weekend to visit Murrells Inlet in order to identify potential neighborhoods during which Kyle drove me through many neighborhoods and scheduled several walk-throughs of listed properties. In addition, we explored model homes and lots for new construction option. After deciding to move forward with a new build home, Kyle continued to be of great help with floorplan selection, lot selection, etc. Having his expertise during the entire process was helpful in thinking through pros and cons of added structural and interior finishes. Once I decided to move to MI ahead of house being completed, Kyle helped me find and secure the perfect rental house. I closed on my new home in Nov '25 and Kyle still keeps in touch to ensure all is going well. Kyle has a plethora of local connections (movers, handymen, etc.) which has been great since I need all the help I can get! I highly recommend Kyle as he truly cares about you and making sure you find not the right house, but the right home.

Kyle was an amazing agent to deal with. Communicated every step of the process from our initial meeting through close. Kyle regularly updated me about showings, prospective buyer feedback; continually reaching back out and following up with any prospective buyers. Kyle provided his opinion regarding the offer, and what he felt would be my best next steps to take to maximize the dollars and terms. Kyle kept me informed throughout the escrow process, letting me know what would be my requirements for each step, and finally attended my signing of escrow documents as I was not present for the actual closing. Kyle even went so far as to deposit the buyers personal check for personal property so it would not have to be mailed to me. I cannot recommend Kyle enough. I've worked with multiple agents in the past, and Kyle is most definitely one of the best in my opinion.
