When we first decided to sale our condo, Kyle was representing our current renter who was interested in buying the unit. However, she wasn't sure if she could comfortably afford the mortgage payments. Kyle worked very hard to try and coming up with ways t make the sale possible for both of us. Ultimately the renter did not feel it was the right time for her to purchase the condo. Because of Kyle's tenacity to make the deal work for both of us. I decided to use him as our agent when we put it on the market. It worked out great for us as we sold it at our asking price from the very first offer.
