It was fast! I came across Kyle at a open house and immediately liked him. We spoke about selling my home, 2 weeks later it was listed and sold with multiple bids within a day! He helped me make the right choice during the bid process and get the best possible offer. He walked me through getting the permits, found me a cleaning service, he got the town permits quickly and painlessly and walked me through making sure inspections passed. He sent out post cards of my home (even though the house sold before they hit the mailbox’s). The photos of my home were outstanding. He was professional, kind, understood my situation and sympathized in my time of need, he was helpful and got the job done and well over my asking price he went beyond my expectations.
