Kyle Garen

Kyle helped me and my husband through the process of buying our home in 2018. At the time, we had already known Kyle as friend for years, and were confident in his character. We knew we could trust him and depend on him to help us. During the process, Kyle put our interests first. He was flexible and available to show houses. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions. If he did not know the answer right away, he would take the time to find the answer for us. He was also patient, not once making us feel rushed to make a decision on a home or pressured to move forward until we were ready. He helped us think about what was important for both of us in a home, and helped us narrow down our search. Once we found what we wanted, he advised us well during the process to help us get a great deal on our home. Kyle is an excellent realtor. He cares about the people he represents. He is pleasant to work with, and he takes pride in doing his job with excellence.

Kyle was great, he had to show me a property that another realtor was too busy to show (for almost a week). He was prompt and contacted me within an hour of getting my number. We set up a time and he was there. It was not his property but he offered a lot of vital information about the area and about the house that he knew of. He did a good job and actually sold me on renting the property. Our application was accepted but someone else got it before us (more a product of the slow, unresponsive nature of the property manager Brian Clark - DO NOT GO TO HIM). I continued to attempt to get ahold of the property manager but it would take him days to respond, however, I would send Kyle messages and he would help me despite me not being his prospective renter. He always responded quickly and with good information. The best part was that he followed up when Brian would only respond after I messaged him. He followed up twice to see if I had gotten ahold of Brian and to see if my application had been accepted. He listened to my situation and offered help. I greatly appreciate the extra effort and courtesy of Mr. Garen. While his colleague was one of the worst realtors I have ever met (Clark), Garen was super respectful and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with!
