Wow. Where to begin. From day 1(finding a home) to closing. My home buying process took a total of 33 days. I talked to Kyle 32 of those days at least once a day. Kyle became the person that I turned to for more than just home buying. He helped me with information(instantly or the same day)that I couldn't get from my lender. He didn't have to offer "lender style" answers, but he did. He also adjusted meeting with me around my 70 hour work week. So yes, he was with me on Sundays or 7pm during the week. And he lived around 15 miles away from the area I wanted to buy from. To be exact, I saw him 10 times throughout the process and I bought the 2nd house I saw. And my house purchase was under 150k. So when this purchase was close to being finished, he wasn't my realtor anymore, we became friends, as we still are today. He really made me comfortable and not nervous with the whole process. I really don't know what more he could of done.

In a market that is highly competitive Kyle made the home buying process as simple and efficient as he could. He provided me with information, people, and advice through the process which greatly affected which home I purchased. Kyle was also extremely understanding, after one deal fell through I said I needed some time before continuing home searching. When the time was right I reached back out to him and he instantly scheduled tours for the next day. It was such a great experience, and to top it all off at closing he provided the most thoughtful gift basket for us. I will definitely be using Kyle again for my next home purchase. Thanks Kyle!

I’m the pickiest person I know and Kyle was exceptionally patient, showing me many properties over several months until we found one that checked all my boxes.
