Kyle has been our realtor for about 10 years, we’ve used his services in 3 transactions. Each time they go smoothly and all the bases are covered. Kyle has great knowledge and experience but 10 years ago when he was still a relatively new realtor he was great at his job because he always put his client first. He still does! He’s always reliable,always responds to calls and texts in a reasonable timeframe. He’s friendly and personable but most importantly he’s honest. Oh, My! Where to start? 1. Patience: Kyle began working with us 2 years ago and never gave up on us, thru Hurricane Harvey house flooding, family death and cancer setbacks. 2. Work Ethic: honest and straight forward. Worked for our best interest but kept in mind his connection with the seller. Gave great but fair advice. 3. Readily available: no matter how much time lapsed between our contact period, he responded quickly, the same day, thru text, email, and phone calls. 4. Trustworthy: Kyle is taking care of our home for several weeks until we are able to move to the area. 5. Kyle: goes above and beyond normal expectations. I have an aunt and uncle who live in Woodway, many times when I wasn’t able to make the 400 mile round trip to look at listings, he would meet my family and spend time on his own showing them the house for me. Now, Who does that! 6. Takes care of his business: Kyle was always prepared and if he didn’t have an answer, he either found the answer right then or had an answer by the end of the day. His paperwork was spot on with all docs efficiently completed. 6. Kyle is the Complete Agent, he does it all, works tirelessly, making us feel like we were his only clients. He is so appreciated for all he did for us. I will happily and without reservation refer him to family, friends, and neighbors. Take cake care of him, he’s special and a keeper.
