Kyle was recommended from someone who also had an excellent experience with Kyle. He did not disappoint. He worked through the buyer's negotiations then when we discovered the buyer's lender had not done proper due diligence on the buyers income and did not have a sense of urgency to resolve it, Kyle took the buyer's package to his broker. They made it work! Kyle kept me informed throughout the process. I always knew the current status and what was coming next. I have already recommended to Kyle to several people thinking about selling or buying.
