After living in Redondo Beach for 45 years, I knew MANY realtors. When we made the decision to sell our home of 20 years, I broke my own rule....mixing family and business. I consider Kyle family as we've been more than friends since 1994. During the sale of our house, I would hear from numerous people involved, about how Kyle is to work with. Of course I would play dumb as to how well I knew him to "get some dirt" on my buddy, but no such luck. After years of chasing him across the Catalina channel on a paddleboard, once again no luck, I was more impressed with his performance on land. His tireless effort, pleasant demeanor and most important his actual presence. Kyle chooses to 'be there' in person when most others are attached to their phone.
