Kyle did a great job in marketing this house for sell. He gave me great feedback on additional things I could do to make the house more appealing, which I did. Kyle knew the history of the house so his characterization of the house was very insightful to any and all prospective buyers. The house sold fairly quickly and we were able to go on and purchase another house shortly after selling this one. You cannot ask for better than that!
