Kyle came recommended by our daughter and son-in-law. They had purchased and sold 2 houses with Kyle's assistance. We found Kyle to be very knowledgeable about the St. Paul/Minneapolis area and very professional. When asked he gave what we think were honest opinions. Even stating that better houses would show up in our search. Once we found the right house he made sure that the closing went as smoothly as possible. We do not plan to move again but if we do Kyle will be the realtor that we contact.
