Kyle really had his hands full with our house. There was one thing after another but finally after 10 months and on the 3rd contract, a month past the closing date, it was all over and done. Kyle stayed diligent through the entire process. His patience and willingness to get my husband and I what we were asking for our house was nothing short of superb.
