I can’t say enough positive about Kyla Tyler. She is absolutely the best! The sale of my property was complicated. The property was a thirty-five-acre ranch with a well, geo-thermal ground heat pump, a horse barn, shop and mineral rights (severed). It was extremely stressful for us. Kyla was by our side every minute. Thanks to Kyla’s expertise and guidance we were under contract in just over 30 days. We had 2 offers at the same time. We were able to have a CASH closing and get the highest price of any similar home in our neighborhood. We started this process almost 1 year ago. We used Kyla’s expertise to improve our home, so it had the best possible showings. She helped find contractors for painting, flooring, deep cleaning and glass repair. She then staged and presented it with aerial views and a fly through the house drone. We ended up selling to an international buyer. I’m convinced that the presentation made this sell. She is true “nit noid” when it comes to the presentation. We used her for the purchase of our new home. She dealt with the builder’s salesperson on our behalf. She was able to get the builder to give us some unexpected concessions. Closing of both houses was done on the same day. One more thing. These two words come to mind when I think of Kyla. She is so incredibly professional across all interactions. We used her to sell our home and again to purchase our home. We initially thought we wanted to buy land and build and she met with multiple builders, looked at so many property lots, and gave so much information about the million aspects of building. Then we found a home on 40 acres and immediately switched gears and between her and our mortgage broker we were able to close in just under 3 weeks. The day of closing, we did our final walk through and had no water pressure in the house. Kyla immediately went into problem solving mode and we were able to close 24 hours later with a working well and water in our house. She is seriously the best realtor out there for both buying and selling! We would absolutely use her again, but hopefully will never move, so will just recommend her to everyone we know that's looking to buy or sell.
