When looking at houses, Kurt would walk through with us and point out any update or deficiencies with the home. He would bring comps from the area with him to ensure that the price was fair and would offer his opinion on the home and neighborhood. He always made himself available for questions or appointments. Kurt, I can't thank enough for his dedication, professionalism, and patience. Kurt went out of his way for myself and daughter in search of her first home. He was available @ all hours, answered e-mails promptly, and even changed his personal family plans to show us every listing I inquired about. He was very interested in our needs and helping us stay within our budget. He made sure I was given the information I needed to help us make our selection. He has followed up with us after closing etc. making sure we are satisfied. He wasn't just a "salesman" looking to make his commission, he truly cared.
