This was the 2nd home we have sold with Kurt and 3rd home purchase with him. Our experience as a seller and buyer (of our new home) was exceptional. He was incredibly efficient with walking us through all of the steps needed to prepare our house for selling, as well as preparing us for the purchase of our new home. He did a great job marketing our home for our open houses and we were under contract within a few days of going on the market with multiple offers. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The service provided by KURT is very good. The whole process was smooth, Kurt asked about our needs and handled every step, from recommending the house to managing the paperwork, everything was very organized. During the house viewing process, he would use his experience, make preliminary observations, and provide us with relevant property knowledge. Although there were some language communication issues, he explained patiently and clearly. We subsequently purchased a property again and he was still our first choice!
Kurt took time with us to make sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We saw the listing for this house at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday morning, called Kurt immediately and he sprung into action, looking up the history of the house etc. There was a potential offer that would be reviewed that night which meant we had a very short window within which to see the house and make a decision. We met at the house at 2:30 that day, made an offer at 4 p.m. and learned that the offer was accepted the next day. We couldn't have been happier with this. When we wanted to go back to the house a few times to check various things out, Kurt was there, sometimes within an hour. There were some challenges with this purchase as both David and I and the seller wanted a short escrow. This meant that inspections had to be scheduled quickly, results reviewed and decisions made sometimes with just a few hours. When we had questions, Kurt was available literally at any hour of the day (or night) to work with us. We truly needed his guidance and he provided it! And we are very happy...
Kurt has been on a long journey with us! He helped us sell our first home and really we could not have asked for more in an agent. He takes the time to answer any questions you have and is proactive in keeping you informed and up to date. He really wants what’s best for you, even if it means you wind up renting instead of purchasing even after looking and offering and putting in so much effort on your behalf. When we recently purchased our new home he again went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that each step of the process was understandable and I never doubted that he was on top of the timeline.
