Our home didn't sell as fast as Kurt thought it would, but we did get the full price from the buyer, which means it was priced right. Kurt and his wife work together as a team. They actually sold us our home when we first moved to Eau Claire, and we were so impressed with them, that we called them when it was time for us to move again. They were always kind, considerate, professional, knowledgable, truthful, and dependable. Whenever anything needed attention, they took care of it, including sweeping up accumulated lady bugs in our empty home, arranging some home service, and picking up our closing papers at the FedEx Center when they weren't delivered as promised. I highly recommend Kurt and his wife. They go the extra mile.
