Kurt went above and beyond what we would ever have expected of a real estate agent during our purchase of a new construction condo. Since we were doing a great deal of the work from 1300 miles away, it was comforting to have Kurt present and advocating for us during every step of the purchasing process. He came prepared with accurate comps and stood with us as we negotiated helping us get a great price. He was there as the closing was delayed, sitting at the title company office until closing time! Then he acted as our representative to do the walk through, catching numerous items needing correction.
