Kurt helped the reviewer sell this property

A complete pleasure to work with.

I am a retired real estate broker from both Laguna Beach and incline Village, Nevada, and so I immediately recognize the differences in realtors. For me, while Kurt does all the essentials wonderfully well, his main differentiator is that he is just very easy and supportive to work with. Suggestions are taken with no ego-based resistance. He wants to make a relationship with his clients and not just perform a function. I could not recommend him more highly.
