In a previous review I mentioned that I would be using Kurt for an upcoming sale. Well, here we are. This sale was as smooth as could be. Kurt and his team helped me to negotiate a seller credit to buyer, and seamlessly deliver me to a close. He was responsive to all my calls and txt's, explained the various forms very clearly, and helped me to set a price. In fact, we were on market 4 days, and had 3 offers. One of which was higher than asking, all part of a great strategy employed by Kurt. I can't praise him and John enough.
