It is a pleasure to recommend Kurt Brossard. I purchase and closed on a Condo while stuck overseas during COVID lockdown. After making an enquire about the condo, Kurt introduced himself to me and we started to communicate via WhatsApp. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and real estate knowledge. He was my eyes and ears regarding the purchase of the condo and communicating with the condo Association. He took his own video of the apartment and the outside grounds for me. He was always available via phone and promptly returned calls. If I had a question about the condo that he was not familiar with, he checked with the condo Association and got back to me. With the closing and the endless electronic signatures needed, he made sure my husband and I understood everything and that we returned applications promptly. We went beyond the call of duty. I would definitely use Kurt again if I am purchasing another property in the FL area.
