Kurt is by far the best realtor I’ve worked with. I was looking for a rental, which doesn’t offer a substantial commission for the realtor. Nonetheless, Kurt gave it his all to help me find the right place for me. He was responsive even while he was traveling. He considered my needs and lifestyle in helping me find the right place.
Helpful, patient, & understanding . Moving to a new state and Kurt was very helpful & understanding. He always has time to talk and is very patient.
Kurt went above and beyond helping me find a home. He was courteous, professional, enthusiastic, and responded to my phone calls and texts faster than I ever expected. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or looking to sell to reach out to Kurt. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Kurt for making this process painless.
Kurt is someone that jumps on something as soon as it catches your eye. He will do everything in his power to capitalize on the home you want and gives you strategies on how to obtain the house you want. He is honest and hard working and will work in your interest first.
Kurt is the best realtor ever! I don’t think he ever sleeps. He is on top of every phone call text or document no matter what time of the day or night it is. Reliable dependable and fabulous negotiator and gets the deal done.
Kurt went above and beyond in taking care of our real estate needs. We were out of state and needed an agent to handle things regarding the sale of our moms home in Arizona. Kurt made sure everything was taken care of. He coordinated appointments with contractors, painters and landscapers to get moms home in tip top shape. He met them out there and made sure the job was done and done right. Huge peace of mind knowing he was there for us. THANK YOU KURT!!!
Kurt hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
