Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Ksenia was professional and personal! I received very good suggestions, helped with finding contractors, and so on. All my questions were quickly answered throughout the whole process. The marketing was excellent: the property was very popular and marked as "Hot" on realtor.com Lots of showings with very good results. Ksenia was very friendly too. I cannot imagine what's more to expect from a real estate agent.

Ksenia helped us tremendously in our first-time purchase in the US. I would highly recommend any foreign/ first time buyer to work with her. As immigrants, we had no idea of how the system worked and no contacts for financial, legal and other matters. Ksenia was very professional, patient and understanding. Right now might be the hardest time to buy a house (especially in California) but we cant say enough good things about Ksenia and all her help.
