Krystle is an awesome professional and an adorable person. Krystle went above and beyond her job role. While in the process of selling my condo, I was struggling with lenders to obtain pre approval on a new home. She connected me with Mina who was the only lender out 5 that was able to help me secure the home of my dreams. Every time there was a problem she would answer with “I have someone for that.” Krystle is so quick to make things happen, that while I was on vacation she had my condo listed and in contract. She does exactly what she says she will, and always with a positive demeanor. She is accessible (always answering my phone calls/texts) and even after my closing helped me manage through communicating with the title company.
