We interviewed a couple of agents before meeting Krystle and knew right away that she would be the best representative for us and our family home in the RiverBridge community. She has a great energetic "can do" attitude that we really liked. After the initial tour, Krystle was able to quickly identify simple ways that we could make our home the best version of itself for the first open house. She had access to a full set of staging decorations (bedding, plants, window treatments, etc) and gave us pointers in how to best "unclutter" the house. She had a team of people that came in to do some caulking, patch walls, hang fans and even paint the garage floor, all for a very reasonable price. She created a wonderful listing with photos that were enhanced with virtually staging, allowing potential buyers the opportunity to see the home's full potential.
