I have known Krystal for a number of years. Her easy manner and professional knowledge make her unique. I appreciate her calm approach to all the stages of the sales process. I especially appreciate her direct and concise manner in discussing the potential sale price and timeline. The one thing I always look for in any professional situation is can we continue to work together when things are tough. Because things are always tough. And Krystal was a star. Nothing flusters her, and at no point in the sale process does she present anything as being a problem. She always answered all of our questions and easily and calmly guided us through the process. She is open and clear and always available. And I appreciate her upbeat demeanor.
