During a visit to Prescott in November 2025, my wife and I so liked the area that we decided to start looking at real estate for a vacation home. We began our research on YouTube and came across the Danley’s YouTube channel (@livinginprescott). We watched many of their YouTube presentations on Prescott, and we’re impressed by the fact that they presented both the advantages and disadvantages of living in the region. We felt that this was such an honest and refreshing approach that we decided to call their office and utilize their services for our real estate search. As the Danley’s were on vacation at that time, their office assigned their agent, Krystal Priniski, to assist us. As our stay in Prescott was relatively short, Krystal immediately lined up properties for us to see throughout the Prescott region. Krystal was an excellent listener and helped us narrow down our search. Unfortunately, we were unable to decide on a property before we had to return to our home state. Krystal continued to tirelessly send us listings and to perform solo video walk-throughs of properties to show us. We ultimately decided on the home we loved, and made our purchase decision in December. The transaction was finalized in February this year. We are now officially Prescottonians:-)!!!
