From coming to our home to set the value all the way through to closing, Krystal was there to answer every question, suggesting ways to show our home in its best light (which was very difficult with our home in my opinion), and even recommending a trusted realtor in the area we are hoping to relocate. And to top it all off, Krystal sold our home on the first day!

Krystal found us our new house in the neighborhood we wanted to be in the same day we contacted her. She set us up with a walkthrough two days later and we made an offer another two days after that which was accepted by the seller. Krystal worked with us through the whole process. Coordinating and helping with the lender, the closing agent, the appraiser and the home inspector. As a first-time home buyer, much of the experience was foreign to me. Krystal did an amazing job managing expectations and walking us through the process from beginning to end.

Krystal is a 10/10 when it comes to your real estate needs! We recently relocated from Colorado to Florida and needed to find a home in a limited amount of time. Unfortunately we were not able to physically travel to Florida to look at houses in person within our time frame, but Krystal was able to take the stress out this unideal situation. She kept us notified of newly listed properties on a daily basis and was in constant contact with us. She also went out of her way to visit and video properties in lengthy detail so we could get a real feel of the place opposed to only seeing it through pictures. Krystal was able to sell my geodesic dome home when everyone, including other agents in her old brokerage office, told her it couldn’t be done. When the sales agent went on vacation in the middle of the deal and the buyers started getting overwhelmed, Krystal stepped in and helped them. She called the lender, the insurance agency, title co. etc and got each of their issues all sorted out. When the deal finally closed, the buyer, the lending manager, insurance agent, title company, the sales agent and myself all phoned to thank her because through sheer grit and determination, she got the deal done. I bought my current home and sold an investment property through her as well. She has been amazing! Working with Krystal from 2016 my 1st sale through -2020 my last sale of investment property.
