Krystal Mcclain

Krystal was very helpful. She wanted me to find the perfect house for me. She showed me all parts of every house, good and bad. For example, a large kitchen for good and a cracked foundation for bad. She gave great advice and if I decided I didn't like a house for even the smallest reason, she didn't try to pressure/push me into. She said "okay, on to the next!" with a smile. She was very nice and willing to talk to me any time and day of the week!

Krystal was very familiar with the market in the area that I was selling my home. She provided an extensive list of "must fix", "should fix" and "fix if you have time." This helped me know what I had to get done before the house was placed on the market. On the final day of prep, Krystal came to my house, helped finish up some projects and took photos. Communication was good during the selling process, as well as, during the closing procedures.
