She looked over the house to see if we needed to change or repair anything prior to going “live” on the market. She had a professional photographer come to the house take pictures and an aerial video. Our house went live on a Monday and we had two contracts that week. Our house sold within a week, within the price range that we wanted. We highly recommend Kris. She is honest, hard working, and provides a personal touch.

I admit I had a fairytale selling with my home being on the market for not quite 24 hours. But I also believe a lot of that had to do with the preparation and hard work Kris put into the sale on the front end. Once the offer was received Kris was there every step of the way explaining and expediting. I might have had this outcome with another realtor but I sincerely doubt it would have been as smooth and painless for me -- or for the buyer. I cannot recommend Kris's services highly enough.
When I started my hunt for a new home, I wasn't really sure what I was looking for or where I wanted it to be located. Kris came up with options and worked with me to narrow things down until I was able to really define what I truly wanted for her. Then she worked with me to find the house that really spoke to me. Kris has been a tremendous help in the process of both buying and selling our home. She goes above and beyond, is super helpful with answering questions and is just so kind! Most recently she helped with selling our home, she made it such a good experience. She even took the time to handle some last minute items like cleaning the fridge and mowing the lawn after we had moved out so the buyer could be happy with how they received it. Coming from out of state, Kris kept us up to speed with Tennessee’s market. She always communicated with us in a timely manner through emails, texts and when needed, she was easy to reach by phone. If she didn’t have the information we requested, she got right on it and found the answers to our inquiries. Kris made our property search very enjoyable. She was always professional but made this a personal experience as well - she understood this was going to be a life changing “forever home” adventure for us. Not being real familiar with the different areas in our search she was very patient with us when we would change the parameters and Kris was quite helpful in helping us narrow in on the ideal location . She patiently traipsed all over - meeting up with us in one county then the other… Overall, we could not have asked for personable professional who knows her stuff!
