Krystal went above and beyond what is expected from an agent. The property was my mother's condo. I was in one city and the property was in another city so I really needed someone that I could trust, that would keep the lines of communication open, and that would get the job done. On top of that, once we removed everything from the property, I did not realize the amount of work that was need before it could be put on the market. With these obstacles, I was going to give up and sell it "as is" but with her assistance and expertise we were able to do some upgrades and get it sold. There is truly not one negative thing I could say about Krystal. I originally hired her on as my rental agent and she did such an amazing job that I asked her to sell my home when I was ready. She answered every phone call, text, email and question I had without hesitation and if she didn’t know the answer she immediately found it through someone else. I ran into an issue while selling my house that unfortunately put us into the court for almost a full year and not once did she skip a beat or leave me to deal with it alone and trust me there was a lot for both of us to handle.
